By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing access to the MyCavoodle Grooming Course, you confirm that you:

5. Payment Terms

Course prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

Full payment is required before access to the course is granted.

MyCavoodle reserves the right to update pricing at any time for future purchases.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to the content, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Educational Disclaimer

The MyCavoodle Grooming Course provides educational information about grooming Cavoodles and Oodle breeds at home.

The course does not provide:

• Veterinary advice
• Medical advice
• Professional grooming certification

You acknowledge that:

• Grooming carries risks if performed incorrectly
• Every dog is different and may respond differently to grooming techniques

If your dog has medical or skin conditions, you should consult a qualified veterinarian.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCavoodle Pty Ltd will not be liable for:

• Injury to a dog during grooming
• Injury to a participant during grooming
• Damage caused by misuse of tools
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the course

Participants are responsible for ensuring grooming activities are performed safely.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login details confidential
• Notify MyCavoodle if you suspect unauthorised access

MyCavoodle is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

10. Community Conduct

If you participate in any course community, group, or support forum, you agree to:

• Be respectful to other members
• Not post offensive or harmful content
• Not promote unrelated businesses or services
• Not harass or intimidate other participants

MyCavoodle reserves the right to remove users who violate these guidelines.

11. Suspension or Termination

MyCavoodle may suspend or terminate access to the course if users:

• Breach these Terms
• Share course materials without permission
• Engage in harmful or abusive behaviour within the community

Termination may occur without refund.

12. Platform Availability

MyCavoodle uses third-party platforms to deliver the course.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure uninterrupted access, MyCavoodle cannot guarantee:

• Platform uptime
• Technical compatibility with all devices

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or platform issues.
